Terrell Owens Says He Wants To Play For The New England Patriots

Remember when Tom Brady and Terrell Owens was photographed together at USC in Los Angeles doing practice drills at the beginning of the offseason? Well apparently, Owens now wants to join the New England Patriots, according to a recent interview he did.

Owens, who hasn't played a regular season football game since 2010 [when he was with the Cincinnati Bengals] has expressed a strong desire to play with Tom Brady and the Patriots.

"I think it's a no-brainer. You look at what they've done over the year. Under the tutelage of Tom and Bellichick, I think the sky would be the limit in terms of what I'd be able to do. Considering my body of work and my history of playing the game," Owens said in the interview.

At 39-years-old, many feel that the Patriots would be taking a major risk just by thinking about bringing him to training camp. Also, it'll be a hard struggle for Owens to even gain a roster spot with the Patriots with all the young receivers the team has.
