Marshall Henderson Had Previous Run-ins With Law

Ole Miss, suspended, superstar Marshall Henderson had previous run-ins with the law, according to a report from USA Today. 

Before the May 4 incident, where Henderson was stopped by police for a routine traffic stop, as police found marijuana and cocaine, it appears that Henderson had two run-ins with police back in April. 

According to one police report, Henderson, on April 27, was pulled over by Oxford, Miss Police for playing loud music and not wearing a seat belt. The report goes on to say that officers threaten to take Henderson to jail when he, after receiving citations, turned his music on as loud as possible when he pulled away. 

The second police report details how the Oxford Police, on April 4, responded to a noise complaint. When the officer knocked on the door, Henderson answered and identified himself to the officer. According to the report, the officer left after Henderson said he would turn down the music.

Henderson was suspended indefinitely by Ole Miss coach Andy Kennedy for a "violation of terms rules."   

Snoop Dogg Shows Support For Aaron Hernandez [PHOTO]

It's appears that only two people [the other person being Hernandez's mother] in America who are showing support for former New England Patriots tight-end Aaron Hernandez, as rapper Snoop Dogg took to his Instagram profile to show support for the alleged killer.

On Thursday, Dogg posted a picture of him and Hernandez to his two million Instagram followers. The photo included the caption, "Keep ya head up !! We Prayn 4 ya."

One reason why Snoop Dogg is supporting Hernandez is because Dogg knows exactly what Hernandez is going through. In August 1993, Dogg was acquitted of first and second degree murder charges that stemmed from a death that had occurred that same year.

Police Have More Evidence That Proves Aaron Hernandez Orchestrated Murder

An apartment, which was maintained by former New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez, yielded more evidence against him, according to police who searched the apartment. Inside the apartment, miles away from his actual home, contained numerous boxes of firearm ammunition and a hooded white sweatshirt possibly worn by Hernandez on the night prosecutors allege he orchestrated the killing of an acquaintance, Odin Lloyd.

Hernandez have been charged with murder in Lloyd's slaying, and two associates, Ernest Wallace and Carlos Ortiz, face charges in connection with the investigation. 

Authorities have said they've recovered videotape of several security cameras that show Hernandez, Wallace, and Ortiz picking up Lloyd at his home in Boston early on the morning of June 17, and driving into a North Attleborough industrial park, where Lloyd's body was discovered later that day. 

The sweatshirt found at Hernandez's apartment is consistent with the color and type observed to be wearing on surveillance cameras the night of the homicide, according to a State Police written affidavit. 

The late June searches at the apartment found five boxes of .45-caliber ammunition, the same caliber used to kill Lloyd, as well as rifle ammunition and a box of .22-caliber ammunition.

Investigators also found a hat Hernandez may have worn on a night out with Lloyd at a Boston nightclub, several days before the murder of Lloyd, and a valet parking ticket from a hotel within walking distance of the nightclub.

The items were among those noted in the search warrant "returns," documents that list what police find in a search.

Apparently, Ortiz helped lead police to the apartment, according to the affidavit. Ortiz told police on June 25, the day before Hernandez was arrested. He also told police that he was with Hernandez the day of Lloyd's murder. 

Aaron Hernandez Ruptured Man's Eardrum In 2007, But Wasn't Arrested

Prosecutors may have more evidence to prove that Aaron Hernandez has had a violent past, as a police report shows that Hernandez was involved in an incident with a man in May 2007.

According to the police report, on May 4, 2007, Hernandez, then 17-year-old, punched a man in the side of his head in Gainesville, FL, which resulted in the man's eardrum to rupture. The police report goes on to say that when asked by police what happen, Hernandez never disputed the fact that he punched the man in the head. 

The incident took place months before Hernandez had enrolled at the University of Florida. 

The police report details that Hernandez was served two "alcoholic drinks" at a restaurant near the school campus called The Swamp. When Hernandez finished the drinks, a male employee delivered Hernandez the bill, but Hernandez insisted that he hadn't ordered any drinks, so he refused to pay. The two men got into a 'verbal altercation' that resulted in the employee escorting Hernandez out of the restaurant.

Once outside, Hernandez alleges that the employee got in the face, according to the police report. As the employee turned to walk away from Hernandez, he punched the employee in the side of the head. 

Even though police recorded the incident in the their report, Hernandez wasn't arrested. 

A Gainesville Police Department spokesman says that even though Hernandez wasn't charged, the department recommended a charge of felony battery - a crime which carries a five year sentence in prison for adults in Florida.  

Chilling Texts May Prove Aaron Hernandez Killed Odin Lloyd

Things aren't looking too good for Aaron Hernandez, as chilling text messages were released to the public, which shows that Odin Lloyd was fearful of Hernandez on the night of his death.

On June 16, Hernandez text two out-of-state pals and asked them to come to Massachusetts, as he told them, "You can't trust anyone anymore."

When the men arrived from Connecticut, the muscle bound athlete left his home, and the three men picked up Lloyd at his house at around 2:30 a.m.

Hernandez, the two out-of-state men, and Lloyd drove around and talked about the night in question at the club.

Lloyd got nervous and texted his sister two messages:

Did you see who I am with. Just so you know.

Workers at the industrial park, where Lloyd's body was found, said they heard gunshots between 3:23 a.m. and 3:27 a.m., as five casings from a .45-caliber gun was found near Llyod's feet.

Aaron Hernandez's Accuser Is A Ex-Con, Drug Dealer

The man who is accusing former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez of shooting him in the face is a convicted felon who spent time in prison for cocaine distribution and who was arrested on a felony burglary charged two months after losing his eye in a gun accident, which he claims Hernandez caused and left him for dead.

According to a federal lawsuit against Hernandez, Alexander Bradley, 30, alleges that Hernandez shot him in Florida after they had partied at a strip club.

Court records show that Bradley has a criminal-filled background, as he was arrested in March 2006 [document 1] for cocaine distribution, a felony which he pleaded guilty. Bradley was sentence to 5 years in prison, but only served 18 months. Once he was released, in December 2007, he began serving a 5-year probation term.

According to a police report, Bradley was targeted by East Central Narcotics Task Force officers who raided his home and seized cocaine, marijuana, cash, plastic baggies, and packaging materials. He had been laid off from his job, with Stanley Steamers, eight months earlier.

Bradley claimed that once you begin the "lifestyle", referring to the money and drugs, "it was difficult to go back."

Bradley admitted that he "let his unemployment checks stack up because of his drug sales he makes." [document 2]

Recently, Bradley was arrested, in April, after showing up to his 28-year-old former girlfriend Connecticut home [whom he has a five-year-old daughter with]. According to a police report, in a "fit of rage", Bradley broke into her house through the rear kitchen door [document 3].

The victim told cops that Bradley slapped her in the face after grabbing her cell phone, going through it and finding the names of her male friends. Bradley told police that he was upset that the woman was "speaking to other men with their daughter nearby."

He was charged with felony burglary and several misdemeanors and was booked at the Hartford Police Detention Center, but was released on his own recognizance.

On July 2, he's scheduled for a court appearance.

Along with that case, Bradley will have to deal with the Hernandez federal negligence lawsuit [document 4].

Bradley claims that Hernandez shot him in the face with an unlicensed handgun on February 13. The two men, along with two other male passengers, were driving down to Palm Beach, FL from Miami, FL, where they had partied earlier at "Tootsie's," a high level strip club.

The shot to the face resulted in Bradley losing his right eye and other serious injuries, according to the federal lawsuit. Bradley also reveals that him and Hernandez "had in argument" at the strip club before the "incidental shot."

After the shooting, police arrived on the scene, Bradley, who was found bleeding in a Riviera Beach alley, refused to cooperate. Due to him refusing to answer police questions, investigators had nothing to begin an investigation, thus throwing the case on the back burner.

Although he never mentioned Hernandez as the shooter, he did describe his assailants as being "Hispanic and black males."

Allen Iverson Ex-Wife Claims He's Abducted Their Children

Allen Iverson's ex-wife Tawanna Iverson is claiming that the former NBA star has abducted their kids, as she's begging a judge to force him to return the children. 

According to legal documents filed in court by Tawanna, Allen asked for permission to take their children on a short vacation to Charlotte, NC from May 22nd-May 26th, which Tawanna agreed, but when May 26th came, the children hadn't been returned to their mother.

Tawanna, in court documents, details how she tried to set up an exchange on June 4th at a neutral location, at a nearby Target store, but Allen never showed up. 

Tawanna, who has sole legal and primary physical custody of the children, who age range from 3 to 16 years old, believes that Allen never took their kids to Charlotte, NC and is currently keeping them at a Sheraton hotel in Georgia. 

Tawanna claims she's concerned about their kids because Allen is an alcoholic who drinks around their kids. 

She now wants a judge to force Allen to give back the kids, and even is going so far as to ask the judge to throw him in jail. 

Reid Flair Died From Toxic Mix Of Heroin, Prescription Drugs

Ric Flair's son, Reid Fliehr, died from a toxic mix of heroin and prescription drugs, according to the official autopsy.

WCNC-NBC Charlotte, in Charlotte, NC, reports that the Mecklenburg County Medical Examiner's office also found traces of clonazepam, a muscle relaxant and alprazolam, an anti-anxiety drug commonly marketed as Xanax.

His father Ric Flair was the one who found him unconscious on March 29 in a second bedroom of a two-bedroom SouthPark hotel suite, where Reid was living at the time.

Reid, who went by the ring name Reid Flair, had just returned from a successful wrestling tour in Japan. He'd looked forward to tag-teaming with his father in two bouts in Maryland and working out of Charlotte before going back to Japan for a second tour in late April.

Medics declared Reid dead on the scene. Police wrote that Reid was incapacitated because of drugs.

On Friday, Reid's mother, Beth Fliehr, said she'd suspected a drug overdose killed her son and that the autopsy report didn't surprise her.

Ric Flair also released a statement about his son on Friday saying, "I loved him." "He should have been on top of the world, but he was fighting a battle he couldn't win. I hope people remember his laugh, his spirit, and his love of life."

Suicide Aboard On Boston Redsox Owner Yacht

According to Boston Police, they're investigating an apparent suicide aboard Boston Redsox owner John Henry yacht on Monday afternoon.

Authorities and medics were called to Rowes Wharf behind Boston Harbor Hotel, where the yacht was parked. Officers found a man, roughly 30 years old, in cardiac arrest. The man died, and his identity has not been released to the public.

A spokesperson for the Boston Police are calling death "an apparent suicide."

Apparently, only crew members of the yacht were onboard when the incident happen.

Chad Johnson Could Face A Year In Prison [Mug Shot]

Chad Johnson appeared before a judge in Broward County, FL on Monday, where he was placed under arrested after a warrant was issued for his arrest on May 7. 

For 13 days, Johnson never tried to clear up the arrest warrant with his parole officer nor the court in Florida  as it was reported that Johnson was in Pasadena, CA and planning a trip for the Dominican Republic for the Memorial Day holiday. 

According to a report, Johnson could now be forced to serve a year in state prison for assaulting his ex-wife, last August. 

Johnson was originally charged with a misdemeanor for his August 2012 arrest, but his 2000 incident involving him and his ex-girlfriend, at the time, could force authorities in Broward County to upgrade his current misdemeanor charge to a felony, which could send Johnson behind bars for 12 months. 

Johnson alleged that his girlfriend [in 2000] was cheating on him and he slapped her. He pleaded no contest to assaulting the woman and days later he reported to Oregon State University to play college football. 

Johnson was sentenced to community service, which included cleaning graffiti. He completed the community service in 2002 and went on to play for the Cincinnati Bengals. 

Johnson violated his parole, which he received after he was charged [with a misdemeanor] for allegedly head-butting his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada back in August 2012.

Chad Johnson Plans On Leaving Country While Being A Wanted Man

Someone needs to send Chad Johnson this report, because according to law... YOU CAN'T LEAVE THE COUNTRY WHILE STILL ON PROBATION.

According to Johnson's Twitter account [below], he's planning on leaving the United States for the Dominican Republic for the Memorial Day holiday, which is next weekend. Also, keep in mind that a warrant for Johnson's arrest went out, on May 7, which Johnson hasn't responded too.

The warrant stems from the domestic violence involving him and his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada last August.

According to the Broward County District Attorney's Office, Johnson failed to report to his probation officer -- a violation of the terms of his probation -- and on May 7 the warrant for his arrest was issued for his arrest. Johnson also failed to show proof of enrollment and completion of the "Batterers Intervention Program."

As of Sunday night, it's unknown if Johnson has surrendered himself to cops, but his last known location was in Pasadena, CA, which he posted on his Twitter account on May 16.

Once Johnson is in police custody -- a hearing will be set to determine whether Johnson did in fact violate his probation. If he did indeed violate his probation, then he could do jail time.

Either way it goes, if Johnson tries to leave the United States for his vacation trip next weekend, and his probation officer calls him and discovers he's out of the country, Johnson will become a fugitive of justice.

The only way Johnson can leave the country is if it's a family emergency, something we all know is not the case with Johnson. It's also unlikely the courts won't grant Johnson's request to the leave the country since he's still a warrant man and hasn't turned himself in.

Chad Johnson was arrested in Florida on Monday. According to reports, a Broward County judge determined that Johnson violated his probation. Johnson is facing jail time.

Al Michaels Charged With Two Counts Of DUI

Al Michaels may spend some time behind bars after he was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI connection with his arrest in Santa Monica, CA back in April.

According to TMZ, if Michaels is convicted on the charges, he faces up to 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine, but due to him only having this on his record, it's most likely he'll NEVER have to spend a day in jail.

Law enforcement sources say that Michaels passed a DUI checkpoint in Santa Monica around 10:00 PM on Friday (April 19). Officers say they detected the odor of alcohol. Michaels was then pulled over and was given a field sobriety test and after performing badly, he was placed under arrest. 

Hours later (on April 20) at around 4:00 AM, Michaels was released from jail.

Michael's blood alcohol level was right at the legal limit [blowing a .08 and a .09 in two breathalyzer test]. 

Four Men Attack Gay Couple By Rowdy N.Y. Knicks Fans [PICS]

The New York City Police Department is hunting down four men who are suspected of attacking a gay couple after Sunday night's New York Knicks-Indiana Pacers Game 1 match-up in New York.

According to a report, Nick Porto, 27, says that he was walking arm-in-arm with his partner, 22-year-old Kevin Atkins, on Eighth Avenue when four men attacked them.

The couple say that they were repeatedly punched and kicked. After the attack, the victims were rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where Porto was treated for a broken nose.

Although police haven't classified the attack as a hate crime, Porto said that he had no doubt. "I've never had a feeling like this before in the city," Porto explained. "I didn't know that it's not over, that this sort of stuff still happens."

"They called us f****s," Porto said. "They made fun of my jeans -- I made the jeans myself, for that day."

The NYPD released two surveillance photos [on the right] of one the four suspects early Tuesday morning. Investigators described him as a 6-foot-tall Hispanic man with brown hair and a tattoo on his left arm. He is seen wearing a No. 7 N.Y. Knicks jersey, a white T-shirt, blue hat and blue jeans.

Three Pitt Football Players In Heroin Drug Bust

Three Pittsburgh football players have been arrested and detained in a Oakland, PA after being busted for having Heroin.

According to Pittsburgh CBS affiliate, is reporting that undercover officers and SWAT team members raided a Oakland, PA home around 10:30 p.m. and seized 20 bags of heroin, a bong and a grinder. The raid came after an investigation that led to undercover agents purchasing heroin from Darnell-Young. Reed Young was arrested before police raided the home.

The three [Pitt football players] were identified as 20-year-old Pitt linebacker Eric Williams 21-year-old, Pitt tight-end Andrew Carswell, and 21-year-old Pitt defensive lineman Khaynin Mosley-Smith.

Pitt head coach Paul Chryst announced the players have been suspended from the team immediately and released a statement regarding his disappointment.

"We have strict and clear standards regarding these types of behaviors," Chryst said. "What has occurred with these three players men does not represent the standards of our program or university."
   

NFL Star Arrested In Prostitution Sting

Cleveland Browns linebacker Quentin Groves was arrested on last week [April 17] after he attempted to solicit what he thought was a prostitute, as it was revealed to him that the "prostitute" was an undercover cop.

According to a police report, Groves arrived at Room 231 of the Homestead Guest Studios. He had responded to an sex ad and requested "full service" from an officer posing as a prostitute offering sex for hire, according to records. A price was agreed upon during the call before he arrived.

The police report also claims that Groves agreed upon to one hour of time for $100.00 and was told that anal would be an additional $20.00.

Police seized $195.70 and a box of Magnum condoms as evidence.

Groves is due in court on May 10.
